How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days. Delivery inside the EU normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. Shipping across the EU is free and insured.
Are the prices final?
Yes. All prices are shown in euro and are final consumer prices with VAT included. There are no extra charges at checkout.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card at checkout. Card payments are protected by 3-D Secure. We never see or store your card details.
What is your returns policy?
You can return an unused product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Please contact us first so we can send you the return instructions. Full terms are in our refund policy.
What warranty do the products have?
