Shipping policy

We ship to all countries of the European Union. All prices and shipping costs are in euros (EUR).

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment is confirmed (business days). When your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email with a tracking number.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery within the EU usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country and the courier. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for the customer on all orders. We pay the courier.

Shipping insurance

All parcels are insured by us against loss and damage during transport at no extra cost to you.

Check your parcel on arrival

Please check the parcel when the courier delivers it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days after dispatch, write to siavtlshop@outlook.com with your order number. We will contact the courier and either resend the order or refund you.

Customs and taxes

We deliver within the EU, so no customs duties apply to orders within the EU.

Address errors

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Extra shipping costs in this case may be charged to you.
