These terms apply to purchases made on this website from SIA VTLSHOP, registration number 50203793041, Bērzu iela 3 - 30, Ropāži, Ropāžu pag., Ropāžu nov., LV-2135, Latvia ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Prices are in euros (EUR) and are the final prices for consumers. Shipping within the EU is free for the customer. We may change prices at any time, but a price changes only for future orders, not for orders already confirmed.

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund any money you have paid.

3. Payment

You pay when you place the order, by the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider over a secure connection. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered to the address you give us. See our Shipping policy for details.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. See our Refund and return policy.

6. Guarantee

All products come with a 2-year guarantee against defects. See our Warranty page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Product use and safety

Please read the manufacturer's manual and safety instructions before using any product. 3D printers and some accessories get hot or have moving parts and should be used with care and, where required, with adult supervision. We are not responsible for damage caused by use that does not follow the instructions.

8. Liability

We are liable as the law requires. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for fraud, or for any other matter where the law does not allow it. Otherwise, our liability for any one order is limited to the price you paid for it, unless the law says otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Complaints

Write to siavtlshop@outlook.com. We answer within 30 days. Consumers can also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) of Latvia, www.ptac.gov.lv.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force on the day you order applies to your order.
