Right of withdrawal: 14 days
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days. The 14 days start on the day you receive the goods (or the last item, if you ordered several items delivered separately).
How to return an item
- Write to siavtlshop@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. Include your order number and say that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the goods back within 14 days after you told us about your withdrawal.
Condition of the goods
Please return the item unused if possible, in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Goods that show signs of use beyond what is needed to check how they work may be refunded with a reduction for the loss of value.
Return shipping cost
The cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. In those cases we pay for return shipping.
Refund
We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or after you show proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier). The refund goes to the payment method you used for the order.
Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, and pay for the return shipping.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
