Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Use the form below to withdraw. We confirm every withdrawal by email.

How to withdraw

1. Fill in the form below: your name, email, order number and the items you want to return.
2. Press Send. We send a confirmation of receipt to your email.
3. We reply with the return address. Send the goods back within 14 days after you told us about your withdrawal. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
4. We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days after we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back.
